Since March 2014, Mr. P. P. Pandey, BE (Civil), has been a bedrock of Epicons as the Senior General Manager of Projects. Within the elite core management team, Mr. Pandey leads the daily operations of the project management division and provides masterful leadership to the technical staff across numerous construction sites. His expansive purview covers the entire spectrum of construction management services, including tendering, contractor appointments, project execution, and seamless project closure.
A distinguished alumnus of the College of Engineering and Technology, Raipur, affiliated with Ravi Shankar University, Raipur, Mr. Pandey graduated in 1982. His outstanding role features prominent roles at renowned construction giants such as Gammon India, Afcons, and IVRCL, alongside his enduring association with Epicons. His vast expertise spans bridge construction, slip forming, embankments, mass excavation, piling, and the construction of multi-storied residential and commercial structures.
Mr. Pandey’s technical proficiency is further accentuated by his deep understanding of concrete properties, mix design, durable concrete, and non-destructive testing of concrete structures. His exceptional skills in the repair and rehabilitation of aging structures set him apart in the industry. Moreover, his professional stature is augmented by his membership in the Indian Society of Structural Engineers (ISSE).
